Mountains, forests, rivers - Brixen is surrounded by nature. We want to protect these natural places. Sustainable use of resources such as water is essential. Why carry plastic water bottles up to the Plose mountain when there is a natural spring there? Even small changes save the environment.
That's why you can fill precious drinking water into a reusable bottle throughout Brixen, in the surrounding villages and on the mountain - for example, in the Brixen stainless steel bottle. The "Refill your bottle" campaign is a step towards our sustainable future: all huts on the Plose do without single-use plastic and the drinking water wells are marked on the mountain and in the town.

Instead of buying a plastic bottle at the nearest shop or carrying it in your backpack, you can enjoy the pure spring water from one of the many drinking wells in Brixen and its surroundings.
